We at SaLana’s Nail Bar understand that sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and manage our technician’s time effectively, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will incur no fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of scheduled service costs. No-show clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notification will be charged 100% of the service amount.
